Team Detail

The girls soccer team had a solid season! They started with wins over Lancaster and East Aurora, then an exciting win over Voorhees at the Hall of Fame Tournament in Albany. Non-League victories included Cathedral Prep, Mercy Rochester, Byron-Bergen and McDowell. Key league wins were over Nardin and Sacred Heart, twice each. The 2^nd seed Vikings hosted Nardin the Monsignor Martin League Semi-Finals and defeated the Gators in a thrilling 4-3 overtime victory! Unfortunately, the Vikings fell short in the finals to St. Mary’s of Lancaster. Mara Batchen ’25 was named Monsignor Martin Players of the Year! Emerson Bacak ’24, Addie Davis ’25, Sienna Nobel ’25 and Cecelia Stewart ’25 were all named Monsignor Martin League ‘A’ Division All-Catholic. Multiple players were named New York Class B All-State: Mara Batchen 1^st Team, Addie Davis 2^nd Team and Linda Ullmark 4^th Team. Mara Batchen ’25 and Addie Davis ’25 were the Most Valuable Players. Emerson Bacak ’24 and Avery Musielak ’25 received the Coaches Awards. Sienna Nobel ’25 and Sofia Suero ’24 were the Most Improved Players. The team thanks the seven seniors for their time and talent!
